For all of you Israeli pickles lovers out there, this one's for you. This tangy and refreshing Israeli Pickle Salad is the perfect accompaniment to your next backyard barbecue, picnic or your Shabbos table.
Ingredients:
2 19-oz cans Israeli pickles, drained and diced
1 large cucumber, diced
2 shallots, chopped
1 can corn, drained
3 radishes, quartered and thinly sliced
½ c mayonnaise
1 tsp dill
½ tsp salt
Dash pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl. Mix well to combine. Refrigerate until serving.
