No monkeys have actually eaten these Monkey Chow Cookies, but I bet they would if they could get ahold of some! No bananas are harmed in the making of these cookies, but the flavor is intensely delicious. Make yourself a batch of these dairy-free treats today!
Ingredients:
1 c oil
¾ c brown sugar
¼ c sugar
1 box banana pudding mix
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 c chopped pecans
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350° F. In a mixing bowl, cream together the oil, sugars, vanilla, and eggs. Add the flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt. Mix together to make a dough. Mix in the chopped pecans. Scoop out teaspoon-sized cookies onto a prepared sheet pan. Gently flatten with the palm of your hand. Bake until the cookies are golden brown and no longer shiny. Cool and enjoy!
